If you have ever tried a protein bar then you may know that some protein bars aren’t as tasty as others and it can be a hard job to find a tasty protein bar that not only tastes good but also has a source of protein.
Recently I tried Extreme Protein Bars which I found to be very tasty coming in several flavours such as Peanut Butter, Coconut, Tropical, Protein Crisp and Cinnamon Crisp. My favourite flavour was the Protein Crisp which reminds me of a toffee crisp flavour.
The Extrene Sports Nutrition Protein Bars are priced at £19.95 for a box of 12 but compared to other brands these taste good which is most important when I am buying a protein bar!
