I have been doing a training course to learn some new recruitment software. I run my own small business and i think that it is important that we keep up with the latest software because I think that can help to keep us ahead of other businesses. I love learning new things and playing around with new software as well and I am sure that has a lot to do with my decision as well. I do not have many employees but they are all quick to pick up new staffing software as well. I suppose I make sure that I pick something which I know will suit them, that they will find useful and fun as well as me. They do not get quite as enthusiastic as me about the new software but they have no choice but to tolerate it I suppose. I also think the appreciate the fact that I am trying to make their lives easier and make them more efficient and also make the company as good and as competitive as possible which means that their jobs are safer.
